DTPMPA

DTPMPA is an organic phosphate condensing agent, also known as DETTPMP, DETPMP, etc. It is commonly used in water treatment, cleaning agents, cooling water treatment, and other fields. DTPMPA has good chelating ability, which can effectively inhibit the precipitation of metal ions such as calcium and magnesium, prevent the formation of scale, and prevent corrosion of metal surfaces. In addition, DTPMPA also has antioxidant and antibacterial functions, making it a multifunctional water treatment agent.

Specifications:

• Appearance: Brown transparent liquid.
  

• Active acid content: 48.0-52.0%.
  

• Chloride content: calculated as Cl -, 12-17%.
  

• Density: 1.35-1.45 g/cm3 at 20 ℃.
  

• PH value: The maximum pH value of a 1% aqueous solution is 2.0.
  

• Iron content: not exceeding 35mg per liter.
  

Usage:

DTPMPA can be used as a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systas and boiler water, especially in alkaline circulating cooling water systas that do not require additional pH adjustment. It is also suitable for oilfield reinjection water, high concentration barium carbonate cooling water, and boiler water. Even without the use of dispersants, scaling and deposition are rarely or never observed when using DTPMPA alone.
DTPMPA can also be used as a peroxide stabilizer, chelating agent in textile and dyeing industries, pigment dispersant, trace elaent carrier in fertilizers, and concrete modifier. In addition, DTPMPA is also applied in the papermaking, electroplating, acid cleaning, and cosmetics industries.

Packaging and storage:

Packaging: 200L plastic bucket or IBC (1000L), according to customer requiraents.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry room for ten months.

Security protection:

Acidity: DTPMPA is acidic and should be avoided from contact with eyes and skin. Once in contact, rinse immediately with water.
