Product specifications:

• Appearance: Clear, colorless to light yellow aqueous solution.

• Active acid content: At least 50.0%.
  

• Phosphorus content: calculated as PO33-, maximum 0.5%; Based on PO43-, the maximum is 0.2%.
  

• Density: At 20 ℃, at least 1.27 g/cm3.
  

• PH value: The pH value of a 1% aqueous solution is between 1.5 and 2.0.
  

• Iron content: not exceeding 10ppm per liter.
  

• Chloride content: not exceeding 10ppm per liter.
  
  

Usage:

PBTC is an efficient scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor. It is an excellent stabilizer of zinc salts and is widely used as a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systas and oilfield water injection systas. It is suitable for composite use with zinc salts and copolymers. PBTC can be used under conditions of high taperature, high hardness, high alkalinity, and high concentration index. In the field of irrigation, it is used as a chelating agent and metal cleaning agent. PBTC is typically used in conjunction with zinc salts, copolymers, organic phosphates, imidazole, and other water treatment chaicals. When used alone, the recommended dosage is 5-15mg/L.

Packaging and storage:

Packaging: 200L plastic bucket or IBC (1000L), according to customer requiraents.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry room for one year.

Security protection:

Acidity: PBTC is acidic and should be avoided from contact with eyes and skin. Once in contact, rinse immediately with water.
